- You Need of large red peppers, sliced.
- You Need of Catalina dressing.
- You Need of Lipton Beefy Onion soup mix.
- You Need of parsley flakes.
- You Need of garlic, minced.
- You Need of pineapple chunks, undrained.
- You Need of Orange marmalade.
- You Need of Cooked white rice 🍚.
Pour the Catalina dressing mixture over the chicken. Combine the cornstarch with the water or chicken stock to make a slurry. Whisk until the cornstarch is dissolved. Pour the slurry into the pot with the chicken and stir it into the Catalina mixture.
